Refund policy
Linen & Leather offers refunds and store credit. Please look over our policy when deciding on a return!
Return Timeframe:
You have 14 days from delivery date to request a return. After the 14 days you no longer will be eligible for a return.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
Items must be free from marks/stains.
Not Eligible:
We DO NOT accept items that are marked on sale.
We DO NOT provide a refund to original payment with items bought on a discount code. Items bought on a discount code can be restored with STORE CREDIT.
Items bought through store credit ARE NOT eligible for refunds, only store credit.
MORE INFORMATION:
Refunds to original payment methods will be subject to a fee that covers the shipping label.
Linen & Leather has the right to reject any items for return if it doesn't pass our inspection. If the item doesn't pass through inspection, it will be returned back to you and we will not cover shipping costs.
If you have received a faulty item, please reach out to admin@linenandleather.shop where we can assist you! In the case of a faulty item, full refund will go back to your original payment and you won't have to worry about shipping costs.
